1. All invoices are to be paid 15 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to keep your account current will result in your account being placed on a "credit card only" status
2. Claims arising from invoices must be made within seven working days.
3. Declared value less than $50 unless otherwise noted at time the delivery is tendered. For packages/shipments exceeding $50.00 in declared value, an additional $1.00 will be charged for each $100.00 (or fraction thereof) of declared value. Declared value must be entered in whole dollar amounts.
4. A $35.00 special handling fee will be applied for any check or electronic funds transfer that is dishonored due to insufficient funds on deposit or incorrect/insufficient signature of the draw.

6. By submitting this application, you authorize Courier Solutions. Inc. to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
